By accessing or using the F1 Coins website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Legal Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What "F1 Coins" is

"F1 Coins" refers to an independent, unofficial concept and website that may showcase or link to digital tokens on third-party platforms (for example, tokens traded on Pump.fun on the Solana blockchain). The Site is a personal or community project for entertainment and information only, unless expressly stated otherwise by the operator.

3. No affiliation or endorsement

The Site and any related tokens or branding are not:

Official products or services of Formula 1, the FIA, Liberty Media, Formula One World Championship Limited, or any race promoter or organizer;
Sponsored, endorsed, or approved by any team, constructor, driver, or sponsor;
Affiliated with Pump.fun, Solana Foundation, DexScreener, or any other third party linked or embedded on the Site.

All trade names, team names, driver names, circuit names, and other marks mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use on the Site is for descriptive or referential purposes only and does not imply any partnership or license, except where the operator has separately secured such rights.

4. Imagery and likeness

Driver photographs and related imagery displayed on the Site are used by the operator on the basis of rights the operator represents it holds. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact the operator using the method in section 12 so the matter can be reviewed in good faith and removed if appropriate.

5. Not financial, tax, or investment advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Digital tokens can be extremely volatile and may become worthless. You are solely responsible for any decision to buy, sell, hold, or interact with tokens. Past or displayed prices and market statistics (including data from third-party APIs) may be inaccurate or delayed.

6. Third-party services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites (including trading interfaces, block explorers, and analytics providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. The operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

7. Eligibility and compliance

You represent that you are of legal age to use the Site in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Site and any linked services complies with applicable laws, including those relating to digital assets, gambling, sanctions, and securities. The Site may not be available or appropriate in all regions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
